Stealz: Get Social, Save Money App Reviews

App works great, but it is ALWAYS using Location Services even if I force quit the app. Fix that and its all good. Otherwise the app is killing battery and not worth it

I collected over 80 points for McDonalds over several weeks. Today, I went in to receive a free Extra Value Meal for 20 points, AND GUESS WHAT? The app now says I have NO points whatsoever and offered me to initial promo of a free McFlurry instead, as if I just had downloaded the app. Such a waste of time, the only reason why I ate at McDonalds in the first place was to eventually be able to use these points. My advice, use your points while you still have them! They may "disappear" eventually!

Some restaurants honor these deals and theyre great (Looneys College Park) but many that participate in StealZ would not honor my rewards that I earned because it was "night time" (Pizza Mart). This is not specified anywhere in the app or the conditions of the redemption. It is a scam so do not use this app or patronize this restaurant.

This app can come in handy whenever! I never thought an app could be so amazing!

Uses location 100% of the time. Even when closed. Fix that.

Been collecting points but then I open the app it took mostly all points away and gave me -4 at McD. Like what is this BS. I shared all these photos now forget this

Made it way too complicated and managers at McDonalds didnt even understand how to do it sometimes. uninstall that thing

This is the best app ever

In my entire state, the only place listed is Applebees....that doesnt make it a very good deal.. Also, its not clear how youre to share photos. But I got a free iced tea, so thats nice!

But the latest update made crashing worse

This app could be 5 stars. Great concept that has given me free items at numerous restaurants. However, I will not give this app 5 stars until they give us the option to only have location services enabled while the app is open.

I would like the app better if I didnt have to hand over my phone to the server in order to redeem my free items. There should be a way for the servers to just write down the code without me having to hand over my phone to them. It bothers me that they have to have the phone and take it to the computer in order for me to redeem my items. I dont like strangers having access to my phone out of my sight.

I saved up many points and without any notice they suspended my account.

Got locked out of my account and I contacted stealz directly and they never even responded! Horrible customer service.

They are constantly tracking your location and sending your location to their servers to monitor where you are. This should be an option and not on by default. I dont want you knowing my location unless Im using your app. I also dont want you wasting my battery life with your background location services. Make this an option and give me back my privacy controls.

I like this app I really do, but there are a couple small issues that have gotten this app a four star rate. This app is very confusing with using the "Stealz". For example, on the McDonalds portion of the app, it automatically has a free snack size Mcflurry. If you were to be at McDonalds and choose to use this, you might get confused on how to do it. Also, it does not clarify what you do to earn the points. Overall, I really like the app other than the few issues listed. I know Stealz will soon fix these issues and make this a five star app. Also, the person who said "they track where you are at all times" and "you cant control the tracking" plus, "its eating up my battery life" well thats not true, first of all, Stealz is not "stalking" you watching your location. It accesses your location so it can show you places associated with Stealz that are around you. Also, you can turn off location services for the app in settings. I enjoy this app and I strongly recommend it.

So far, this app is a lot better since the update. Thank you for adding the location service option "while using the app". Keep up the good work!

Awesome update. Easy to use. My son originally told me about this app and its my favorite.
